Shipping & Returns

Our lifetime warranty covers everything except normal wear and tear over years of use*.  We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects, and will issue a refund or replace the items free of charge if they are found to be defective in any way.  For items (such as zippers and buckles) that have worn out, we happily provide repair services for a small fee.  If you aren't 100% satisfied with your Truce product, we'll find a way to make it right.  


We want our customers to love their bag - if, upon receiving your bag, you aren't happy with the product and have not used it, we'll send you a return label and issue a refund when we get it back.

I'm more than happy to ship packs to all available locations that USPS, Fedex, UPS and DHL will deliver to - it's an expensive e-commerce plugin to make all of that possible on the website, so unfortunately the best way is to contact me via email or the contact form and I can get it all set up.
