Have been using this backpack for 1.5 years and it's still working out great. I like the laptop pocket, the durability and the size. I use it everyday.
The good: Simple, elegant design. Nice material. Padded laptop compartment. Perfect size & volume for me.
The bad: Absolutely not weatherproof. The reflective tape at the back is now completely unglued and only holds from the top side where it's actually sewn. Both shoulder straps are showing worrisome signs of wear on the seams even though I didn't ever overload the bag. The zips for the inner pockets are fragile. Inner pockets are flat and can't store much at all, the mesh should be more elastic. Same goes with the front pocket, it's tall yet doesn't fit anything thicker than a small book. Another smaller issue with the design: the side handle is protruding too much which makes it catch protruding things such as door handles. Doesn't happen often, but quite irritating when it does.
The Daypack is great for quick access, and it's easy for carrying some bulky things, but the lack of pockets and compartments makes it difficult to work with if you have a lot of small, loose things (e.g. pens, chapstick, sunglasses, battery pack, charging cables, etc.) It's a nice backpack for carrying basics (laptop, jacket, water bottle, keys, etc.) to and from the office, but not that easy to use if you have to be out and about for a while.
The laptop compartment is made to fit 15", but it really caps out closer to 14.5". With a 15", I found that it would fit but it started to strain the compartment zipper, and my zipper busted in less than year.
Great pack with lots of space. I use it for the daily office commute and also for travel.
