Upgrade the plastic on your Truce Designs backpack to an Austrian made aluminum buckle. It's incredibly strong, light, and satisfying to operate.

Buckles colors are Black for standard packs with other colors available upon request.

Please note - this buckle is a bit heavier than our other buckle options, it will add weight to your backpack.

Way too heavy...

It works fine but it is big and awkward to carry around. Not what I expected and very pricey.

Diane, Sorry to hear about your COBRA buckle regrets, I can always swap it back out to the standard lightweight plastic buckle if you like - I only recommend the COBRA buckle to folks who really insist on having metal buckles... I feel the same way as you do about the unnecessary weight.
